Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at hello@chevingifts.com within 14 days. Include:
- A clear description of the damage
- Photographs of the item and packaging
Once we assess the issue, we will inform you if the item needs to be returned. If a return is necessary:
- You will receive a full refund, including the original postage costs.
Change of Mind Returns
If you have changed your mind, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt. To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- You will be refunded the cost of the item only (postage costs are not refunded).
- We reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount if the item is not returned in a resalable condition.
Return Process
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note:
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or faulty.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item, or upon confirmation that no return is required.
